Download and fill out the registration form and send it to recreation@chelseama.gov or mail it with a money order to:
City Hall, 500 Broadway, Rm. 100, Chelsea, MA 02150
Staff will contact you to confirm your reservation.

You must create a CommunityPass account to register for courses online.

HOW DO I REGISTER ONLINE
You must create a CommunityPass account to register for courses online.
1. Log in to your CommunityPass account. If you do not have one, Create a New Account.
2. Click on the registration icon and select Continue for Program Registration.
3. Verify account information and select Continue.
4. Click add to cart and check off those participants who want to register.
5. Click check out to review your shopping cart then Continue to move forward with your order.
6. Print this page.
