Chelsea Black Community is a non-profit organization that serves as a forum that brings together Chelsea residents and businesses, as well as civic, educational, religious, and governmental leaders of Black and African descent to advocate for resources, policies, regulations, programs, activities, and services that improve the economic, social, educational, health and safety conditions for all the city’s residents.
