Apply to Use Public School Facilities

       All requests are on hold until further notice.

  1. Log in to your Community Pass Account. If you do not have one, Create a New Account.
  2. Click on Use Facilities icon and select Continue for Facilities Application.
  3. Verify account information and select Continue.
  4. Click Add to Cart and check off Director or Group Leader’s name.
  5. Select quantity as “1” and click Continue to checkout.
  6. Fill out the application form and click Continue. Check your email for a confirmation notice once complete.
