All requests are on hold until further notice.
- Log in to your Community Pass Account. If you do not have one, Create a New Account.
- Click on Use Facilities icon and select Continue for Facilities Application.
- Verify account information and select Continue.
- Click Add to Cart and check off Director or Group Leader’s name.
- Select quantity as “1” and click Continue to checkout.
- Fill out the application form and click Continue. Check your email for a confirmation notice once complete.
